The Beige Studio requires 24 hours cancellation notice for all appointments. We reserve the right to charge you 50% of the booked services as a cancellation charge, upon failure to cancel within 24 hours.
Before your appointment.
Before your first appointment you will receive a consultation form which needs to be filled in prior to your appointment.
24 hours before your appointment you will receive a COVID screening form which needs to be filled in before your appointment on every visit. This is just to protect us all. Please remember that we are self employed and if we are unwell we don’t get paid.
If you have booked nail art please send The Beige Studio the inspiration you like on either instagram or facebook a few days prior to your appointment.
If you have booked a nail service without booking removal please turn up with bare nails. Even if this is polish, if i have to remove it the you will be charged accordingly.
Please rearrange your appointment if you have been in contact or live with a confirmed case regardless of vaccination status
Arrival Protocol.
Please attend your appointment alone, this is for both social distancing reasons and because the equipment we use is both expensive and dangerous. It isn’t a safe environment for children so please don’t bring them with you.
Upon arrival you will be asked to make sure your hands are sanitised, if you are booked in for a nail treatment this will be throughout.
Infection control is important to us so please just bring with you essential items only and you will be asked to wear a mask throughout the duration of your treatment unless medically exempt.
Once your hands have been sanitised, please try to not touch your face, hair, clothing or mobile phone to reduce germ spreading. Touching items in your bag may also effect the prep, bonding and longevity of your nails.
Lateness & No Shows.
Please let us know asap if you are going to be late. If you are over 10minutes late for your appointment it will be reduced to a shorter treatment or in some cases cancelled where this is not possible.
Failing to attend a appointment without notice will result in fees of the appointment cost and risk not being able to book back for further appointments without full payment.
