We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments may incur a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost, depending on the circumstance.

Please note: New appointments will not be booked until any outstanding balance has been settled.
